We continue to search the internet to find diabetic supplements that have had intensive studies to show their effectiveness. To date we can find only one study that matches the gold standard, double blind, placebo studies we look for.

Most diabetic supplements we research will refer to what we call anecdotal evidence. This means they refer to studies done on individual ingredients in their formula. This can be an effective measure but as all formulators know certain ingredients can make other ingredients more or less effective.

This is why the formula itself must be tested to see how all the ingredients work together. Most supplement companies don’t do this because labs charge huge fees for these tests. $250,000 and up.

This study is the only diabetic supplement study we could locate that met the standards we look for.
